มาสค์ไรเดอร์ ดับเบิ้ล

ฟูโตะ เมืองแห่งหนึ่งญี่ปุ่น ได้รับสมญานามว่าเป็นเมืองแห่งสายลม เนื่องด้วยกระแสลมที่พัดผ่านตลอดปีและกังหันลมที่มีให้เห็นรอบๆเมือง ที่เมืองฟูโตะ เกิดคดีอาชญากรรมต่างๆขึ้นด้วยฝีมือของโดพันท์ สิ่งมีชีวิตประหลาดที่เกิดจาการสนองตัณหาของมนุษย์ด้วยการใช้ไกอาเมมโมรี่ซึ่งเบื้องหลังของโดพันท์คือครอบครัวตระกูลโซโนซาคิ กลุ่มผู้มีอิทธิพลมืดในเมืองฟูโตะ สิ่งที่จะสามารถต่อกรกับโดพันท์และพร้อมที่จะกระชากหน้ากากตระกูลโซโนซาคิ มีเพียง ฮิดาริ โชทาโร่ นักสืบHardboiled อันเลื่องชื่อ และ ฟิลิป ชายหนุ่มปริศนาผู้มีมันสมองราวกับห้องสมุด โดยทั้ง 2 คือ มาสค์ไรเดอร์ดับเบิล มาสค์ไรเดอร์ที่เกิดจากการรวมจิตวิญาณของทั้ง 2 เข้าไว้ด้วยกัน

มาสค์ไรเดอร์ดับเบิล ที่ทำหน้าที่สืบสวนและคอยปกป้องความสงบสุขของเมืองฟูโตะจากภัยร้ายของโดพันท์ โดยใช้ไกอาเมมโมรี่ เข้าต่อกรกับโดพันท์เพื่อทวงคืนสิ่งที่สูญหายให้กลับมาดังเดิม
